  • Heading internal e-commerce operations to optimize our Farfetch business, acting as a liaison for internal stakeholders at various levels, fulfillment teams, and Farfetch operational and commercial partners
  • Implementing internal best practices to mitigate issues of overpromised merchandise to better satisfy the needs of the Farfetch customer and our in-store customers
